The role offers benefits after 90 days and a 3rd shift schedule (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–6:30 PM) with training on the 1st shift. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for the role.
• Minimum of 2 years operating a digital printer or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery and basic maintenance helpful.
• Familiarity with digital printing concepts and substrates.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Barberan Jetmaster Digital Press.
• Read and interpret job tickets to set up print runs.
• Monitor print quality and ensure correct size and alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
• Document production data and assist team to maximize output.
• Provide training to others on setup and operation as needed.
