Job summary

Pratt Industries in Conyers, GA seeks an Experienced Digital or Corrugated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (4p–4a). The role handles digital printing, cutting, printing and sample assembly for customer orders, with setup, operation, cleanup and process improvements to meet demand.

You will work with Scheduler, Graphic Design and Structural Designers, follow GMPs and safety rules, and help ensure quality and efficient production on the line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in Digital or Corrugated Industry.
• Basic math proficiency including fractions and ability to read tape measure.
• Strong computer skills with file-to-print process.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing and corrugated production equipment.
• Collaborate with Scheduler, Graphic Design and Structural Designers.
• Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries safety rules, and support safety initiatives.
• Maintain quality by stopping defects and documenting data accurately.
• Maximize equipment utilization and improve setup times and uptime.
• Keep work areas clean and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Cross-train on other machines and learn related roles.
