Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in die cutting operations or related manufacturing environment.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in production or manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the die cutting team, providing guidance to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and coordinate die cutting operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor the quality of die cut products and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
• Train and develop team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities including output, downtime, and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Manage inventory of die cutting materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
