Qualifications

• Advanced technical training or an Associate degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in die cutting operations or a related manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience with rotary, flatbed, and laser die cutting equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support the die cutting team to achieve production and performance goals.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily die cutting operations to meet production timelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize workflow.
