Job summary

Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Inc. in Shelbyville, IN, Plant 1, is seeking a Die Cast Machine Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. The role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and occasional back-up programming to maximize machine availability for production.

You will document PM activities, train operators, and support special projects in a demanding, noisy environment. This position offers full-time benefits and growth within our maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Pass hands-on and written test for this level.
• Complete the remaining 2 classes in the Machine Maintenance Trainee program within the given time frame.
• Meet minimum requirements on the current pay for skill matrix for this level.
• No final warning for attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on assigned machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment to keep production running.
• Makes emergency repairs as safely and quickly as possible.
• Maintains records of PM and other work performed.
• Assists operators with training to better operate and maintain their equipment.
• Provides back-up programming as required.
