Job summary

Challenge Mfg. Company LLC seeks a 3rd Shift Production Operator in Richmond, KY to perform and support deburring and CNC machine operations, following quality standards and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and perform essential functions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support welding center operations (MIG, spot, robotic, silicon bronze, manual welders) to produce quality parts per standards and specs.
• Support CNC machine operation and deburring axles.
• Perform quality checks and record information in PLEX ERP; perform general utility tasks to meet the work schedule.
