Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Security Associate to maintain a safe environment at our Distribution Center in Columbus, OH. You will support DC operations and protect company assets, working across security, safety, and incident response disciplines.

Responsibilities include directing visitors, monitoring CCTV and alarms, performing patrols, and coordinating with the Campus Security team as needed. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Professional maturity interacting with leadership levels.
• Attention to detail and timely issue follow-through.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to respond quickly on foot to locations throughout facilities.
• Must view information on computer monitor and CCTV screen.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Direct visitors and control access at entry points.
• Monitor traffic and cross-walk duty.
• Write incident/accident reports on campus.
• Monitor CCTV, security and fire systems.
• Patrol and secure facilities through safety and security inspections.
• Administer first aid.
• Report and address safety and security concerns.
• Restrict inbound/outbound truck access at DCs.
• Support Campus Security team as needed.
• Execute security measures, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and crisis recovery.
• Conduct self-inspections for policy compliance.
• Provide professional engagement with associates, vendors, and visitors.
