Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, telecom, or IT support.
• Experience working with copper and fiber cabling, patch panels, and cross-connects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute remote hands services and customer support requests.
• Install, test, and maintain structured copper and fiber cabling.
• Monitor alarms and perform environmental checks.

Skills

Hands-on experience in data center operations

Strong working knowledge of copper and fiber media

Ability to execute precise work in live customer environments

Strong attention to detail in labeling and documentation

Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment

Education
