Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar critical facilities.
• Low voltage installation & troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of VISIO and MS Office.
• Ability to follow specified policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of the Datacenter.
• Installs, provisions, tests, and maintains network services.
• Manage and track capacity of cross-connects and cables.
• Execute customer support requests and lead troubleshooting processes.
