Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Cleaner on the 3rd shift to perform a variety of custodial duties in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, restocking bathrooms, and trash collection, with periodic high-dusting and specialty cleaning as assigned. Must follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and use backpack vacuums and cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning tasks.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and high energy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum offices and public areas; perform daily spot cleaning.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; dust surfaces.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies; report issues.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners as needed.
• Shovel snow from entrances per supervisor instruction.
• Perform periodic high-dusting and wood/leather cleaning.
