Job summary

The role includes handling customer accounts as a Central Station Operator and coordinating with public safety as required. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a hybrid schedule after 6 months, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required for entry-level.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safely relay information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming alarm events including life safety, property and environmental signals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and document actions accurately.
• Handle accounts as Central Station Operator and coordinate with public safety when needed.
• Complete shift duties as assigned by CS Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor.
