Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret basic work orders and tickets.
• Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate Cross Cut Saw to meet production goals.
• Produce quality products and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Lead stacking process and work independently.
• Follow safety, quality, and plant policies and procedures.
• Train new operators using peer trainer methods.
• Operate factory software and create pallets tickets.
