Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• PCB manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English documents and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply Final Layer Covercoat and stiffeners and process layers as directed.
• Operate hydraulic and vacuum bag processes and ensure proper layer bonding.
• Inspect layers for rework, set timers, and adjust press temperatures as needed.
• Cross-train in Die Cut and follow all safety procedures.
