Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a 3rd Shift Compression Molding Cell Associate to join our manufacturing team in North Manchester, Indiana. You will support production, operate molding presses, stage materials, and assist with changeovers, start-up and shutdown procedures.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Safety equipment is provided, and overtime including weekends may be required.

• Ability to learn new processes and equipment quickly.
• Willing to rotate between different positions within the cell.

• Solid work history; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team and rotate between positions within Compression Molding cells.
• Stage in-process materials and finished goods.
• Operate molding presses and/or water jet equipment.
• Transport materials to/from production cells.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and start-up/shutdown procedures.
• Remove waste materials from the production cell and complete paperwork.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Support productivity and waste reduction targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Provide backup support to Setup Person as needed.
