Job summary

Chroma Color Corporation in Leominster, MA is currently hiring for a 3rd Shift Associate Blending Operator. The role involves creating batches by weighing and mixing dyes, pigments and additives for various plastics materials. Location: 50 Francis Street, Leominster, MA 01453.

Salary is $20.00 per hour with shift differential on the 3rd shift. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and strong reliability in attendance. 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliability in attendance is a must and occasional overtime is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and cleaning protocols; ensure product is made to specifications and minimize waste.
• Understand and follow written work instructions to extrude material per specifications, meeting production targets and quality requirements.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure process consistency.
• Keep work area organized and safe at all times.
• Comply with all EHS requirements.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds; bend, scoop from drums; roll drums up to 300 pounds; stand for the entire shift.
• Additional duties as assigned, including housekeeping and assisting in other areas.
