Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer. Now hiring in East Moline, IL, Davenport, IA, Milan, IL, and Moline, IL. This role involves security logistics gate/patrol for a large agricultural manufacturer, with full-time shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). The hourly wage is $19.25/hr. We offer attractive pay options such as DailyPay and WeeklyPay, along with paid training and vacation.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions, and report suspicious or criminal acts that may threaten property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must complete a background check and drug screening.
• Available to work multiple shifts and locations, including call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods.
