Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with chemicals, coatings, or batchmaking is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow batch instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture coating products according to formulas and batch instructions.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and add raw materials for each batch.
• Follow batch tickets to ensure products are produced accurately.
• Operate mixing and other production equipment safely.
• Complete batch tickets and production records accurately.
