Job summary

Phillips Staffing is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator for our Liberty, SC client. You will operate CNC machines safely, load and unload materials, monitor production, and inspect parts to ensure they meet blueprints and quality standards.

Requirements include 6 months CNC or manufacturing experience, ability to read work instructions, and basic measurement concepts. Familiarity with calipers or micrometers is a plus. The 3rd shift pays $16.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium.

Qualifications

• 6 months CNC machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic understanding of measurements and mechanical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts.
• Monitor machines during production and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality specifications.
• Perform basic machine and workstation maintenance.
• Identify and report machine, tooling, or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet production and quality goals while maintaining attention to detail.
