Eastridge Workforce Solutions in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks an experienced CNC Machinist for the 3rd shift. You will set up CNC mills and lathes from blueprints, edit programs with G and M codes, and perform in-process quality checks to keep tight tolerances on schedule.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part specs.
• Ability to edit CNC programs at the machine using G and M codes.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, profile projectors).
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and safety focus.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to export-control requirements.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM-7:00 AM; occasional overtime as needed. Training takes place on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift.

Pay Range

$28 - $32.00 per hour, total compensation including shift differential

An established precision manufacturing organization in Cincinnati is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for its 3rd shift production team. • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to federal export‑control requirements.
• Must successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both CNC mills and CNC lathes.
• Swiss‑type CNC lathe experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Ability to run multiple machines and remain active on the production floor throughout the shift.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $[MISSING – PLEASE CONFIRM] - $32.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The hourly rate shown includes the applicable 3rd shift differential.

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
