SCHEDULE: Sunday evening to Friday morning 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Position Summary:

Machine Operator III will have various tasks and responsibilities including:

1. Complex machine setup, tooling changes, and changeovers
2. Machine troubleshooting and problem-solving
3. Ability to use computers
4. Able to read blueprints or markers
5. Enter detailed program data for complex parts and processes
6. Accurate use of complex measurement tools
7. Handling complex parts and processes
8. Working with varying parts, fine detail, last step before finishing
9. Acting as the designated backup for the Production Leader II in the cell or department

Position Requirements:

1. Must be detail-oriented
2. Ability to recognize discrepancies and initiate resolution
3. Regular lifting and maneuvering of products up to 50 lbs.
4. Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending, and lifting
5. Able to read, write, and follow instructions, both written and verbal
6. Able to use basic hand tools and small power equipment
7. Able to assist in training employees
8. Conducting 5-S audits and daily cleaning
9. Ensuring a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Experience and Knowledge Required:

1. High school diploma or GED preferred
2. Previous manufacturing experience preferred
