You will read blueprints and work instructions, monitor machine cycles, and use calipers or micrometers to verify part dimensions. Safety and accuracy are essential in this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to work 3rd shift consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Load raw material and parts into CNC machines according to blueprints and instructions.
• Unload completed parts and prepare machines for the next cycle.
• Read and verify dimensions with gauges and calipers.
• Start and monitor machine cycles after setup.
• Identify parts not meeting quality requirements and separate them.
