Tegra Medical, a trusted contract manufacturer, seeks a Third Shift Machine Operator-I in Franklin, MA to operate production equipment and ensure parts meet specifications. This entry-level role supports precision manufacturing and adheres to blueprints, travelers, and process travelers while maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints/drawings is desirable.
• 1-2 years’ industrial experience in manufacturing/machine operating is preferred.
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and quality finishes.
• Solid mechanical and mathematical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC equipment.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections.
• Maintain accurate production records and inspection reports.
• Execute ERP system transactions.
• Adapt to priority changes as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams to improve processes.
