Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Illinois.
• Ability to work independently.
• Team player with empathy, accuracy and consistency.
• Willing to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs CNA skills and cares for residents.
• Accepts assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
• Identify resident problems and report to nurse promptly.
• Complete documentation in care records.
• Respond to call lights quickly and observe infection control.
• Ambulate and transfer residents per policy.
• Provide compassionate care and mentor new CNAs.
