Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of casting surfaces to identify defects.
• Grind, sand, clean, or polish castings to remove imperfections and prepare surfaces.
• Remove gates and risers using saws and hand tools; reprocess as needed.
• Set up and operate grinding equipment and other finishing tools, including robotic cells.
• Secure and handle castings using clamps and hoist assist for larger parts.
• Verify finished parts meet specifications and maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness.
