Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare castings by cleaning, grinding, and removing defects before welding.
• Perform aluminum welding in flat or vertical positions using appropriate equipment, tools, and methods.
• Build, join, or shape components by clamping, tack welding, bending, grinding, or cutting to meet specifications.
• Inspect workpieces, monitor welding processes, and ensure all welds meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete required documentation, inspections, and material handling tasks.
