Eck Industries Inc, a leading aluminum foundry in Manitowoc, WI, is hiring for Heat Treat – 2nd Shift. The role involves preparing castings for heat treatment, reading specs, and supporting aging and straightening to ensure quality products.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$22 per hour with a raise after 60 days, health and dental insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and vacation. Training provided in a hands-on environment within a family-owned company with 75 years of growth.

Qualificações

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork required.
• Comfortable working with hands in an active foundry environment.

Responsabilidades
