Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clamp forklift operation in warehousing.
• Valid forklift certification and hands-on safety experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30 ft.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in operating a clamp attachment forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.


• Valid forklift/powered industrial truck certification with hands‑on experience ensuring equipment safety and maintaining operational standards.


• Physical capability to safely lift and handle loads of up to 50 lbs. without assistance and operate at heights of up to 30 feet using proper equipment.

Preferred Requirements

• Current forklift certification with experience in operating additional equipment types, such as sit‑down, stand‑up, reach, or order‑picker forklifts.


• Proficiency in using RF scanners, warehouse management system (WMS) technology, and other logistics‑related tools to streamline operations.


• High School Diploma or GED, along with a history of working in technology‑supported, fast‑paced warehouse environments.
