Job summary

Duchess is seeking a 3rd Shift Cashier - Duchess Team Member for Hebron, OH. This role supports customers, processes transactions, and keeps the store organized after hours, in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Team Member, you’ll greet customers, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, stock shelves, and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards program while complying with safety rules for tobacco, alcohol and other items.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly approach to assisting shoppers.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with technology and using modern tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory so customers can find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and loyalty benefits.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
• Perform duties requiring walking, standing, lifting, and other physical tasks in varied environments.
