Duchess is hiring for a Cashier - Duchess Team Member at FT/PT 2nd and 3rd shift in our Ohio stores. We seek friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and delivering a great customer experience. You'll handle transactions, keep the store tidy, stock shelves, and promote our rewards program.

Experience in retail or food service is a plus, but not required. Uniforms are provided; daily perks include free drinks and product samples as part of a team that values growth and flexibility.

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards, our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
• Other Qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching; work in varying temperatures indoors and outdoors.
