Duchess Newark, OH is seeking a 2nd & 3rd Shift Cashier - Team Member to support daily sales and customer service at our store. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to operate POS systems in a fast-paced setting. Experience is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
