MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring full-time Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Illinois. You will assemble cabinets and component parts, with training provided to expand your skills. We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude as you grow within a high-volume environment.

The role offers 3rd shift hours (Sun–Wed, 7:45pm–6:15am) with sign-on bonuses and a competitive starting wage, plus benefits and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Experience with handheld tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or manufacture cabinet components to meet production goals.
• Operate tools safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in cross-training and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
