MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking full-time Line Loaders for a fast-paced manufacturing setting, where you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and components to meet production goals. Training is provided to help you grow your skills.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and cross-training, with a 1st shift that runs Monday to Thursday, 6am–4:30pm, and bonuses for attendance. Compensation starts at $18.50–$22.99 per hour with comprehensive 401K and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for the full shift (10–12 hours).
• Willing to work 1st shift Mon-Thu 6am–4:30pm, with potential overtime.
