Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets in Arthur, IL is seeking a full-time 3rd Shift Production Associate to assemble and manufacture cabinets. Candidates will enjoy a dynamic environment with opportunities for cross-training and teamwork.

Starting pay is at least $17/hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for 3rd shift. Employees will receive comprehensive benefits from day one, including insurance and generous PTO. This role requires physical endurance, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age with reliable transportation.

• Maintain safety standards and a clean working environment.
