Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble cabinets and components to meet production goals, with training provided. Expect a dynamic team, safety emphasis, and opportunities to learn new processes.

Shifts include 1st shift Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/Life, 401K, PTO, holidays, and an employee scholarship program. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to use handheld tools such as staplers, drills, pallet jacks and glue guns.
• Must be 18 years or older, have reliable transportation, and willing to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet production goals.
• Follow safety, quality, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in cross-training and adapt to various production roles as needed.
