Johnson Controls is seeking a Brazer for the 3rd shift in York, PA to braze copper to copper, copper to brass, and assemble headers and coils.

The role requires torch operation, leak checks, label application, and PPE compliance. Training provided; benefits package available.

You will read drawings, set up jigs, mix gases, monitor flame, and ensure no leaks in assemblies. The position includes shift premium and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Experience brazing copper and brass components per drawings.
• Ability to read work orders and assist with coil/header assembly.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsabilidades

• Brazes copper to copper, copper to brass, and related joints per specs.
• Selects torch and filler rod, sets gas flow, and controls flame.
• Assembles header/coils, checks for leaks, labels parts per procedure.
• Maintains work area, follows PPE and safety rules.
