Blood Assurance in Chattanooga, TN seeks a full-time Product Technician for our downtown lab on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM), Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and occasional holidays. You will help prepare and package blood products for distribution and handle orders from area hospitals.

The role offers a $3/hr shift premium and requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 3rd shift experience is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Must be detail oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written).
• Be able to lift 50 lbs on a routine basis.
• Experience in a laboratory or medical supply environment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Answering phone to take orders from area hospitals that are in need
• Packing blood and/or blood products for distribution according to standard operating procedures.
• Notifying Courier when shipment is ready for pickup.
