Job summary

CJK Group is seeking a dedicated Bindery Helper for the 3rd shift at our Brainerd, MN facility. You will perform hand work and light machine tasks, including loading signatures, collating, inserting, stickering, ribbon application, and basic repair duties.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, ability to follow instructions and read forms, and the ability to work well in a team. On-site training and a safe, organized work area are provided.

• Ability to read forms and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load printed signatures into correct pocket for collating.
• Inspect product and communicate issues to operator.
• Hand collating, inserting, stickering, ribbon application, and repairing.
• Accurately record production in logs and tickets.
• Close, tape and palletize boxes.
• Maintain neat and organized work areas and assist with machine maintenance.
