Job summary

Sheridan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a dedicated Bindery Helper for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm) to support a busy production line. Responsibilities include loading signatures into pockets for collating, quality inspection, hand collating, inserting, ribbon application, and palletizing finished boxes.

• Speak and write in English to document production activities.

Responsibilities

• Load printed signatures into pockets for collating.
• Inspect products from line for quality and report issues.
• Hand collating, inserting, sticker application, and repair.
• Record production in logs, tickets, and load tags.
• Close, tape, and palletize boxes.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with machine upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
