Job summary

CJK Group in Brainerd, MN is seeking a dedicated Bindery Helper for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm). You will perform a variety of hand and light machine tasks, loading signatures, inspecting quality, and assisting the operator on daily maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, good reading and counting skills, and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Reading skills sufficient to identify printed forms and count accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Load printed signatures into the correct pocket for collating.
• Inspect product from line and communicate quality issues to operator.
• Hand collating, inserting, sticker application, and simple repairs.
• Record production in logs, tickets, load tags, and logbooks.
• Close, tape, palletize boxes and keep work areas neat for next shift.
