Job summary

Finlays Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician I who will ensure equipment runs smoothly, perform quick troubleshooting, and complete scheduled and unplanned maintenance on production lines during the 3rd shift.

The ideal candidate has GMP knowledge, safety discipline, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and meters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a food and beverage maintenance environment or an associate degree/technical certificate in manufacturing-related field.
• Follow GMPs and safe working practices; wear PPE and lockout-tagout where required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork and PM tasks on time with high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and safe working practices; wear PPE and lockout-tagout.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Operate production-related equipment and maintain control systems hardware.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks on time.
