Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (10 PM–7 AM, M-F).

You will perform mechanical/electrical maintenance on production equipment and building systems, with emphasis on diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance to keep lines running smoothly. Requirements include a high school diploma and trade school certification, or 4 years of related experience; familiarity with motors, conveyors and pumps, and ability to operate tools and

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.
• Knowledge of motors, conveyors and pumps with diagnostics and repair skills.
• Ability to install, calibrate and modify machinery for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, repair and replace faulty electrical components and motors.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Operate tools safely and comply with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in the CMMS system.
• Support plant safety and food safety initiatives.
