Responsibilities

• :Ensure client rounding and safety checks per clinical criteria.
• :Engage clients in therapeutic activities within the milieu and group settings.
• :Prompt residents to complete ADLs and maintain room hygiene.
• :Supervise meals and ensure timely attendance; provide structure at mealtimes.
• :Document services, incident reports, shift reports, and department reports accurately.
• :Coordinate healthcare visits with nursing and ensure timely access to medical services.
