Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure client rounding and safety checks are completed per clinical criteria.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities; supervise meals and group activities.
• Prompt ADLs and maintain room hygiene and overall cleanliness.
• Document services, incidents, and shift reports accurately and timely.
• Communicate safety risks and coordinate healthcare visits with nursing.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; support admissions and transitions.
• Adhere to ethics, policies, and CPI guidelines; participate in trainings.
