Job summary

Pasadena Villa in Sevierville, TN is seeking a PRN Behavioral Health Technician for per diem shifts. The role focuses on patient safety, therapy activities, and daily living support within a residential treatment setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client rounding and safety checks are completed.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities throughout the day.
• Prompt ADLs and monitor room hygiene.
• Assist with meals and supervision at mealtimes.
• Prompt mood checks and support treatment progress.
• Document services, incident reports, and shift reports promptly.
• Coordinate healthcare visits with nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment and inventory.
• Support program admissions and transitions for new clients.
