Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is seeking an Assistant Batcher for the 3rd shift (Wednesday–Sunday) at our Seabrook, NJ facility. This hands-on role supports the Processing Supervisor by staging ingredients, weighing formulations, and preparing batch tanks to ensure on-time production.

Must follow organic protocols, perform silo operations, monitor quality, and complete paperwork for each work order. The position offers shift differential and opportunities for advancement within a growing beverage

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months manufacturing experience.
• Must be proficient in mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow the batching schedule and adjust for add-ons.
• Stage ingredients at the cook deck in advance of batching.
• Weigh ingredients accurately and convert units as required.
• Adhere to food safety, GMPs, and silo rotation.
