Responsibilities

• Stage ingredients at cook deck before batching.
• Coordinate with batcher on pumped or added ingredients.
• Perform proper silo rotation and pull silo samples for testing.
• Weigh or measure all ingredients accurately.
• Perform volume-to-weight conversions as needed.
• Determine bulk concentrates and blending requirements.
• Adhere to organic protocol when batching organic products.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMPs.
