Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GLP and food safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead shelf-life studies and coordinate testing with external laboratories.

• Audit raw material quality and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify quality and food safety deficiencies.
• Release production lines after pre-operational checks.
• Perform microbiological and environmental monitoring tests.
• Inspect finished products for compliance with standards.
• Calibrate QA instruments and maintain equipment.
• Support additional quality initiatives as needed.
