Job summary

Magna Exteriors in Warren, MI is hiring for a production associate on the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu), 10:00 pm–6:00 am. You will rotate through production areas and perform assembly operations for automotive components.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, hands-on experience with hand tools, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow TS16949 and ISO standards. Pay starts at $17.25 per hour with a $0.60 premium; safety is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through production areas to meet quality and timing requirements.
• Report to pre-shift meetings on time.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety policies.
• Perform detailed assembly operations to mass-produce automotive products.
• Identify and report quality issues and machine malfunctions.
• Daily plant maintenance to keep a clean, safe workplace.
