Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Willard, OH is seeking an Automatic Press Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday night–Thursday night, 10pm–6am). Base pay is $21.79/hour with a shift differential up to $22.79/hour.

You will operate manual presses, ensure safe operation, follow ISO standards, and participate in 30-day training to demonstrate equipment understanding. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and potential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical understanding preferred.
• Must complete all required safety training.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Overtime may be required.

What You’ll Do

As a Press Room Operator I, you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH.

Responsibilities / Authority: Who You Are

• Operation of manual presses and proper stacking of parts.
• Understand and ensure the safe operation of the presses and other similar equipment.
• Abide by all SBD Willard safety policies.
• Follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate understanding of equipment by completion of 30 day training form.
• Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader.
