Job Opening: Full-Time Shift Supervisor (LPN or EMT)

Hiring Immediately

Job Type: Full-Time, 3 days/week, 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for more hours.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $26.00, based on experience

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Shift Supervisor (LPN or EMT preferred) to oversee and coordinate our team’s activities. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality resident care and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Treat all residents with dignity and respect
• Provide excellent care and service in accordance with individual care plans
• Supervise resident services staff in daily care delivery
• Ensure residents are treated with kindness and respect
• Protect residents from accidents and injuries
• Ensure safety during emergencies
• Complete resident assessments and care plans
• Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding resident needs
• Coordinate with families and authorized representatives
• Complete incident and injury reports and notify management
• Conduct staff performance reviews and coaching
• Assist residents with activities and maintaining independence
• Monitor residents for changes in condition
• Uphold Resident Rights and confidentiality
• Respond to resident requests and call lights
• Enforce infection control protocols and facility regulations
